Description
This simple balance uses strain gauge technology to give a fast, accurate reading of mass with 0.001g precision (1mg). Primarily suited for lab use, they require a stable surface in an area which is free from drafts. They are not suited for use inside an active fume extraction hood.
These will give accurate measurements above 20mg and can be used for powders, plant material, crystals and liquids.
Due to their high sensitivity the balances have a maximum capacity of 20g and must not be overloaded. The typical error is around 0.3%, measured at 10g.
