We have some straightforward information that we need you to agree before we can send your products. Nothing is intended to catch you out – it’s more about what you can expect from Reagent Tests UK and our products.
- You must read the instructions for use which are provided with your order in full before using your reagents. Not only will they help you get the most from your kit, they also help keep you safe.
- Reagent tests cannot guarantee safety. They reduce the risk of misidentification of a substance but they do not make using substances safe. The only safe approach to drugs is to not take them.
- Reagent Tests UK uses the normal definition of “working day”. This is specified in the Companies Act 2006 .
Our straightforward delivery terms are set out on the delivery page. You must be aware of the post collection time for the delivery method you have selected. If your order is placed after this, it will begin processing the next day.
You are responsible for providing the correct address. If an incorrect address is provided then orders will be delivered to the address provided or delayed by up to 60 days in the UK or 120 days outside the UK.

Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order by emailing us. We will refund you fully if the order has not been processed. If the order has been processed, you will need to return it when it arrives.
We want you to love ordering from us and enjoy using our products – if you’re not happy then we really do want to know why and find out what we can do to make you happy. Therefore if you are not satisfied you are entitled to a product refund within 14 days by returning the order.
If you believe the carrier has damaged the package please take a photo of the packaging and notify us within 7 days.
